Is the U.2 M.2 Connector a Better Option Than the NVMe PCIe Connector?

Most network and storage devices today are linked via the M.2 connector. This design is available in two forms - U.2 and M.SATA. This article explains the benefits of both types of connector.

 

U.2 is a form of connector that connects one PC to another. It has a hub that connects the two PCs together. The drive connectors (MBITX and M.SATA) connect one PC to a number of drives. The U.2 connector has a USB port for connecting.
